Nissan PH hails Commonwealth, Cebu Central as 2024 DOYA winners

MANILA: Nissan Philippines has bestowed the 2024 Dealer of the Year titles on Nissan Commonwealth in the National Capital Region category and Nissan Cebu Central in the Provincial category. 

The awards were given to the aforementioned dealerships at the recently concluded 2024 Dealer of the Year Awards Ceremony. According to the car company, the event served as a tribute to the dedication and hard work of its dealership network in enhancing the car buyer experience while maintaining excellence in operations management. 

In addition to the Dealer of the Year awards, Nissan Cebu Central was also honored with the 2024 Nissan Global Award, which honors a dealership that has performed proficiently in all areas while adhering to the brand’s global standards of excellence. 

At the awards ceremony, Nissan Philippines also bestowed several titles to various dealerships from around the country. Here’s a list: 

• Fleet Dealer of the Year – Nissan Commonwealth
• Best in Quick Voice of Customer (QVOC) Sales – Nissan Dumaguete
• Best in Quick Voice of Customer (QVOC) Service - Nissan Roxas
• Parts Team of the Year - Nissan Caloocan
• Service Team of the Year - Nissan Sumulong Highway
• Nissan Customer Connect (NCC) Dealer Team of the Year - Nissan Cebu North
• Finance Team of the Year - Nissan Cebu Central
• Dealer Customer Experience Team of the Year - Nissan Tuguegarao
• Top in Sales - Nissan Alabang
• 3rd Place in Patrol Sales Award - Nissan Global City and Nissan North EDSA (tie)
• 2nd Place in Patrol Sales Award - Nissan Alabang
• Top Patrol Sales Award - Nissan Quezon Avenue
• Best in Service Retention - Nissan Butuan
• Brand Excellence Award - Nissan Cabanatuan
• Excellence in Sales - Nissan Cagayan de Oro
• Excellence in Aftersales - Nissan Camarines Sur
• Excellence in Customer Experience - Nissan Bacolod
• Excellence in Business Sustainability - Nissan Cebu Central

At the event, Nissan Philippines President Yasuhisa Masuda expressed his thanks for the hard work of the entire brand’s dealership network. 

“Our annual Dealer of the Year Awards Ceremony is our way of saying thank you to our dealer partners for continuing to deliver exceptional customer experiences and embodying the essence of the Nissan brand,” Masuda said.
