Nissan unveils Max-Out EV concept in the metal

MANILA: Nissan unveiled a physical concept model of the Nissan Max-Out EV convertible on Thursday, February 2, as part of Nissan Futures held at its Global Headquarters Gallery in Japan.

Happening from February 4 to March 1, Nissan Futures is an event that illustrates how Nissan is defining the future of sustainable mobility and innovative design.

The Nissan Max-Out EV concept was first shown in virtual form as part of the Nissan Ambition 2030 vision announced in November 2021. The Nissan Max-Out, which will be on display throughout the event, represents Nissan's desire to promote better accessibility to cutting-edge and sustainable mobility.

The Nissan Max-Out two-seater convertible, which was built on the core idea of being one with the car, is designed to offer a sense of openness as well as an improved, dynamic driving experience. Nissan's ability to innovate and create a wide variety of cutting-edge, head-turner vehicles with a comprehensive understanding of how they may help both people and society is demonstrated by the Nissan Max-Out.

Nissan Futures also includes interactive customer events, expert panel discussions, and various displays to showcase its advances in electrification, vehicle intelligence, power management, vehicle battery reuse, and other areas.

On February 21, two panel discussions with experts from Nissan and its partners will provide attendees an insight of the carmaker's decade-long initiatives in Vehicle-to-Everything (V2X) and battery reuse. These panels will discuss how Nissan has been setting the standard for the industry by working with partners to anticipate the various opportunities and challenges that the upcoming widespread switch to electric mobility will present.

Interested attendees who cannot physically go to the event may attend the panel discussions online.

Nissan continues to foster two-way dialogue through public events like Nissan Futures, which will help the company better understand societal and individual needs as it works to develop a world that is cleaner, safer, and more inclusive.

Nissan is also making an effort to involve stakeholders who can provide various new perspectives on issues including sustainability, economy, innovation, and culture. Through its Talk 4 Futures program,  Nissan aims to have weekly open dialogue with influential people, including experts and Gen Z customers, at its Global Headquarters Gallery.
