Oil firms to implement major pump price rollbacks anew
Last cut for Aug. 2024 not lower than P1.15/L
MANILA: After increasing by not less than P1 per liter the previous week, fuel prices at the pump will have another round of rollback to close the month of August.

This week, gasoline will go down by P1.15 per liter, diesel by P1.90 per liter, and kerosene by P1.85 per liter.When will the adjustments take effect?
The movements in pricing will become effective starting tomorrow (August 27).Based on their respective advisories, Cleanfuel, Jetti, Petron, Seaoil, and Unioil will trim down the retail pricing of gasoline products by P1.15 per liter and diesel by P1.90 per liter.
In addition, Petron and Seaoil shall also reduce P1.85 per liter on kerosene.

Last week, local players jacked up the retail price of gasoline and kerosene by P1 per liter, as well as on diesel by P1.20 per liter.
