Oil firms to jack up retail price prior to upcoming observance of All Saints’, All Souls’ Day

MANILA: Fuel companies in the Philippines are set to jack up the pricing of their products at the pump days before the expected surge of motorists in observance of the All Saints’ and All Souls’ Day this coming long weekend.
