Porsche introduces interactive NFT collection at Art Basel
MANILA: Porsche unveils its newest collection of non-fungible tokens (NFT) at Art Basel in Miami, Florida, USA as part of its future brand experience in the digital realm. The white Porsche 911 Carrera serves as the centerpiece of Patrick Vogel's new digital art project for Porsche. Vogel is a designer and 3D artist based in Hamburg. Buyers can participate in the collaborative and immersive design process of their individual NFT. They can do this by selecting one of the three main themes associated with the Porsche brand and incorporating it into the artwork in the way they prefer. The Performance, Heritage, and Lifestyle themes will influence the style and design of the digital collectibles. Each collectible, created by Unreal Engine 5, can then be accessed by owners in the virtual world.

Porsche's NFT is as exclusive, iconic, and classic as its sports cars, as fans have grown to expect from the brand. Porsche is experimenting with ways for incorporating the potential of blockchain into present and future processes and products. The purchase experience, the metaverse, the supply chain, sustainability, and the vehicle itself are the main areas of concentration of innovation management.
Porsche is also exhibiting a stunning work of physical art in Miami. Visitors to Miami Art Week can see Porsche's “The Art of Dreams” initiative for the first time in America, with digital artist Chris Labrooy's physical installation on the beach at Perez Art Museum Miami. The larger-than-life figure is called “Dream Big.”
A white Porsche 911 Carrera is featured in Labrooy's workas a nod to the NFT release. The car serves as the link between digital collectibles and the real world. All of Porsche's haptic and virtual projects at Art Basel in Miami will revolve around the white Porsche 911 Carrera.
