Guests can also see displays that highlight special moments from Porsche’s history, and a variety of iconic sports cars under the brand.
To create a festive atmosphere, food trucks with plenty of outdoor and indoor dining spaces will be put in the event.
Per PGA Cars, the Festival of Dreams marks the 75 years since Ferry Porsche decided to create his own sports car.
It was on June 8, 1948, the 356 “No.1” Roadster received its license to operate on the road in Germany — officially turning Ferry Porsche’s dream into reality.
“At present, the brand continues to reinvent itself while staying true to the values that have defined it for 75 years; with pioneering spirit and innovation at its core, Porsche remains ‘Driven by Dreams’,” the importer shared.
Relatedly, the new Porsche Cayenne E-Hybrid that will be displayed at the event will be powered by a 3.0-liter V6 turbo engine with an electric motor integrated to an eight-speed automatic gearbox. The combined powertrain — which can deliver 463 horses and 650 Newton-meters of pulling power — allows the vehicle to sprint to 100 kilometers per hour (kph) from standstill and hit a peak speed of up to 254 kph.
The rest of the Cayenne options — along with assorted versions of the Porsche Macan, 718 Cayman and Boxster, Panamera, Taycan, and 911 — will also be seen at the Festival of Dreams.
