Promos for 2023 Changan CS55 Plus offered until Feb. 28

MANILA: Under Changan Auto's “Thrilled for the New Year” promotion, buyers can purchase a 2023 Changan CS55 Plus along with a few interesting extras.

These limited-offer payment options are available to customers — of the 2023 Changan CS55 Plus Lite (P1,179,000), Hype (P1,283,000), or Luxe (P1,373,000) variants — at any authorized Changan dealership from February 1 to February 28.

20% down payment with freebies for Changan CS55 Plus

The down payment offers for the CS55 Plus variations are as follows: P128,580 for the Lite variant and a net monthly amortization of P24,122; P61,060 for the Hype variant and a net monthly amortization of P26,250; and P81,860 for the Luxe variant and a net monthly amortization of P28,092.

 

The low down payment option comes all-in with one-year comprehensive motor car insurance, three-year LTO registration, chattel mortgage, and standard tint, floor mats, and seat covers.

50% down payment with the lowest net monthly amortization for the Changan CS55 Plus

The Changan CS55 Plus's 50% down payment option makes those net monthly payments easier. Pay P589,500 DP for the Lite variant with a net monthly amortization of P13,103; P641,500 DP for the Hype variant with a net monthly amortization of P12,969; and P686,500 DP for the Luxe variant with a net monthly amortization of P14,174.

2023 Changan CS55 Plus Highlights

Immediately, the 2023 Changan CS55 Plus’ ring-shaped daytime running lights (DRL) already catch the eye with their slender elegance that complements the crossover’s overall look. The integrated full LED headlamps complete the look, providing better visibility for the driver with nine light sources that cover longer distances, at night, and during inclement weather.

Inside, the futuristic design of the driver cockpit comes from a huge dual screen layout featuring a 10.25-inch LCD digital instrument cluster showing essential driving information, and a 12.3-inch touch display infotainment system with smartphone Mirror Link function and Apple Carplay.

The futuristic design extends to the floating console, where the gearshift and wing-type control button for driving modes and other vehicle controls are neatly placed. Compatible devices can be charged via the 15-watt wireless mobile charging console up front, while rear passengers can use two USB charging ports at the rear.

Cargo space is more than sufficient with 29 storage places, from cup holders to console to the rear space. Luggage space is at a plentiful 475 liters and can be extended up to 1,415 liters when the rear seats are folded. The cargo can be accessed via the remote power tailgate with electric control, anti-pinch feature, and memory height setting.

2023 Changan CS55 Plus Safety

The Changan brand itself is literally a portmanteau of two Chinese words that in English, translate to “lasting safety.” As a result, the 2023 Changan CS55 Plus is loaded with built-in features that put safety above all else.

It all starts with the robust body structure, built with Changan’s high-strength steel. Changan made sure to keep the body durable with a steel shell that is tough and rigid in protecting occupants, yet lightweight to contribute to better fuel efficiency and aerodynamics. The CS55 Plus has about 193 body components made of high-strength steel, which accounts for 60% of the frame. A six-airbag system is fitted in the CS55 Plus to help cushion the impact of a collision to occupants in the event of an accident.

The Changan Safe-tech System in the CS55 Plus has a host of Smart Active Safety Assistance features, demonstrating Changan’s promise of lasting safety in a thoughtful and proactive way.

2023 Changan CS55 Plus Durability

To ensure the durability of the crossover’s Blue Core dual-clutch transmission system, which was jointly developed by Changan headquarters and Changan UK R&D, it underwent eight years of development and verification with an accumulated test range of over 10-million kilometers. Further, it has been tested over a hundred times through extreme temperatures, high humidity, and high altitude conditions to further ensure its durability.
