Suzuki PH launches XL7 Hybrid

MANILA: Suzuki Philippines (SPH) has officially unveiled the XL7 Hybrid.

The seven-seater offering comes with a rugged sport-utility vehicle styling, multi-purpose vehicle flexibility, and hybrid powertrain that is set to “redefine the driving experience” of motorists in the country.

To mark the occasion, the Japanese automaker’s local arm also created an “early reservation promo” to give an exclusive price cut to those who wanted to be one of the first to own the aforementioned model.

Exterior design

The Suzuki XL7 Hybrid features a bold face and front grille that matches the headlamp design. It also comes with side protection molding and roof rails for enhanced protection and versatility.

At the rear, the latest addition to the local Suzuki XL7 roster is outfitted with a black backdoor panel design and three-dimensional tail lamps.

Interior

Greeting occupants in the cabin are the black interior with silver metallic door accents and the ergonomically-designed dashboard.

Amenities like the ventilated cup holders, front and rear air-conditioning, and a 10-inch touchscreen audio unit with Apple Carplay and Android Auto connectivity are designed to elevate the experience while inside the vehicle.

Powertrain

Powering the XL7 Hybrid is the K15B engine with auto start-stop system and Smart Hybrid Vehicle by Suzuki (SHVS) technology.

With the said mill, the vehicle was able to achieve a fuel efficiency rating of 22.03 kilometers per liter on highways based on an internal testing as observed by the Automobile Association of the Philippines.

Safety

A host of safety technologies can also be found in the Suzuki XL7 Hybrid that include hill hold control, electronic stability program pedestrian injury mitigating body, Total Effective Control Technology (TECT), among others.

Pricing, variants

Offered in Magma Gray Metallic, Brave Khaki Pearl, and Snow White Pearl for monotone, as well as  Savanna Ivory Metallic/Cool Black Pearl Metallic, and Rising Orange Pearl Metallic/Cool Black Pearl Metallic for dual-tone, below are the pricing for the two Suzuki XL7 Hybrid variants:

• GLX AT Monotone: P1.252 million
• GLX AT Two-tone: P1.262 million

Exclusive Early Reservation Promo

Those who will avail the "early reservation promo" may secure a unit with a minimum deposit of P5,000 today until March 31.

Customers who will reserve within the said period will have a P50,000-markdown from the total suggested retail price for cash and bank purchase order transactions or a discounted down payment for financing.
