Suzuki PH slashes prices on select vehicle parts to help Typhoon Carina-struck customers

MANILA: Suzuki Philippines Incorporated (SPH) is offering select vehicle parts with discounted prices to help its customers who have been affected by Typhoon Carina. 

Per the local arm of the Japanese car brand, it is offering the following with a 30-percent price deduction: 

• Engine Control Module (ECM) 
• Anti-lock Brake System Control Module (ABS)
• Body Control Module (BCM)
• Supplemental Restraint System Control Unit (SRS)

Further, SPH noted that other technical parts affected by flood, except consumable parts, can also be covered, subject to evaluation and approval. 

The discount is available for non-insured Suzuki vehicles and insured vehicles without Act of Nature Coverage. 

Moreover SPI is cutting down the cost of labor for the said services by 10 percent. 

“Suzuki Philippines understands that the recent Typhoon Carina has impacted a lot of Filipinos. The heavy rains caused significant flooding in multiple areas, greatly affecting communities,” SPI wrote in a press release. 

“As such, Suzuki Philippines is extending assistance for flood-damaged Suzuki vehicles by offering a 30 percent discount on select parts and 10 percent off on labor,” it added.

The special discount on select parts — SPI pointed out — can be done until September 30, 2024. Meanwhile, the claiming of discounts is valid until December 31, 2024.
