MANILA: Toyota Financial Services Philippines (TFSPH) was honored with the top spot at the Annual Global Kaizen Event of Toyota Sales Finance Companies around the world.

In a statement, the company said that it has emerged victorious in the Regional TWoW! Competition for the Asia Pacific Region. 

Per Toyota Motor Philippines’ financial arm, the achievement came after its “Click & Send” project was selected as the official entry for the FY2024 Regional TWoW! Competition.

“The project, themed ‘Reaching Customers Fast and Easy,’ revolutionized customer communication by leveraging existing digital platforms, eliminating manual processes, and accelerating information delivery to clients,” the firm claimed.

Following the win in the regional meet, TFSPH represented the Asia Pacific Region in the 21st Annual Global Kaizen Event (GKE), held last April. The event, which celebrated Kaizen efforts worldwide, provided TFSPH a platform to highlight its project on the global stage.

It was at the said competition where TFSPH had the People’s Choice Award — securing it for the third consecutive time.

As TFSPH celebrates this monumental achievement, it reaffirms its commitment to pushing boundaries, driving innovation, and delivering unparalleled service to its valued customers.
