TMP responded to the urgent demand for mobility of healthcare frontliners during the ECQ in 2020, despite operating on a skeleton workforce. TMP lent out a fleet of 49 Toyota vehicles to assist in medical emergencies. The company also supplied 10 fully sanitized Hiace units to the Philippine General Hospital in Manila, each with a mobile booking application for increased safety and efficiency.
Thirty Vios units were also donated to government hospitals around Metro Manila and Santa Rosa City, Laguna in June 2020. The "Mobility Support to COVID-19 Healthcare Frontliners" program was able to serve 37 public and private hospitals in 16 cities and municipalities in South Luzon.
TMP also assisted its adopted school, Pulong Sta. Cruz Elementary School Cruz (PSCES) in Santa Rosa City, as it transitioned to a "new normal" of learning. TMP Foundation (TMPF), the company's official humanitarian arm, donated 46 brand-new laptops for teachers to use in creating lesson plans and conducting online classes.
TMPF also provided 8,000 printed learning modules for different grade levels and subjects, as well as thermal scanners, face shields and masks, sanitary products, and school hardware supplies. After TMPF's Computerization Project was completed in 2018, PSCES became equipped for distance or blended modes of learning, preparing it for 21st Century learning.
