Top-performing outlets in 2023 gets recognized at 2024 Dealer Conference
MANILA: Toyota Motor Philippines (TMP) has received its 22nd consecutive Triple Crown.

The recipients of the latest President’s Award of Excellence are Toyota Marilao (Large Business Division), Toyota North EDSA (Medium Business Division), and Toyota Subic (Small Business Division).According to the leading local car distributor, the aforementioned feat (which breached the 200,000-unit retail milestone) means that the company claimed the top position in terms of passenger car, commercial vehicle, and overall sales.
Based on the combined report of the Chamber of Automotive Manufacturers of the Philippines Incorporated and Truck Manufacturers Association, TMP was able to sell a total of 200,031 vehicles for the full 12 months of 2023.
Following the said achievement, TMP recognized its high-performing outlets for 2023 to acknowledge the dealer network’s role to the brand’s overall success in the country.
“Last August, we celebrated our 35th-year anniversary here together with the Chairman of Toyota Motor Corporation, Mr. Akio Toyoda,” TMP Chairman Alfred Ty said in his address to the dealers. “While Chairman Toyoda acknowledged the Philippines as among Toyota's Top 10 global markets, he made it very clear that his greatest wish is for Toyota to be number one in the hearts of every Filipino.”
“As Chairman Toyoda declared in Toyota’s new vision—we will invent our path forward together. He also advised us that while we must aim high, we must also care deeply—about people, society, the economy, our environment, the future and about creating cars and services that truly bring happiness to all.”
Aside from Ty, TMP executives namely Vice Chairman David Go, President Masando Hashimoto, Executive Vice President Jing Atienza, and Senior Vice President Masahiro Haoka gave recognition to the top performing dealers.

Aside from the aforementioned honors, TMP also hailed the winners of Toyota Dealer Achievement Award for Overall Performance, Toyota Dealer Award of Excellence and other special awards.
Addressed to the dealers, the newly-minted company president acknowledged Team Toyota Philippines’ commitment in promoting mobility for all.
“Congratulations everyone for a job well done. As one team, we made 2023 one of our most historic years ever,” Hashimoto said. “I believe we are in a good position to help define and create the future of mobility in the Philippines.”
TMP also showed appreciation to Team Toyota Philippines’ marketing professionals (MP) and service advisors (SA) who were awarded in the Toyota Outstanding Performers in Sales and Service (TOPS).
