Toyota PH makes aftersales service easy with new online tool
MANILA: Your Toyota’s next service appointment is going to be a tap and a click away.
Toyota Motor Philippines (TMP) Corporation has launched today an online tool that will make vehicle maintenance easier and a lot more convenient for owners.
Called MyToyotaPH, it is a website where owners can simply log in with their Facebook or Google account, or create a new one by entering their email address and following a few more easy steps. After creating an account, owners must then register their Toyota vehicle to be able to take advantage of the site’s key features.
On the site, whether on a desktop or mobile device, customers can select their preferred dealer and book service appointments, send inquiries directly to the dealer regarding their booked appointment, and even get reminders 24 hours prior and one hour before their confirmed appointment.
Job items and service cost estimates are also easily available in the tool.
For accessibility, a shortcut can be added to the home screen of the mobile device or the main screen of a desktop computer from the browser’s settings.
For the meantime, the site will cater only to dealers that are open based on the government’s community quarantine schedule.
Once the country’s economy is fully opened, all Toyota dealers nationwide will be available on the site.
To comply with physical distancing measures during the general community quarantine, open Toyota dealerships will only accommodate confirmed service appointments to ensure everyone’s safety.
