Toyota PH rolls out services and platforms for new normal
MANILA: As the entire country transitions to a "new normal" mindful of the pandemic, Toyota Motor Philippines (TMP) continues to provide constant updates on its digital platforms to provide readily available information for its customers. Aside from this, more features will be rolled out soon. TMP will also offer more significant deals and options to make vehicle purchases lighter for its clients.
TMP has introduced a specific webpage (which can be seen here) that features links for customer assistance on their queries, announcements, latest COVID-19 related news, frequently asked questions (FAQs), and latest updates on dealer reopening schedules.
More updates can be seen at the official website of Toyota (www.toyota.com.ph), and the official social media pages, @ToyotaMotorPH (Twitter) and ToyotaMotorPhilippines (Facebook and Instagram). The Customer Assistance Center is also accessible through its e-mail, customerassistance@toyota.com.ph, for queries and concerns.
As part of the stringent measures of dealers to guarantee the safety of everyone, customers are also urged to schedule appointments before going to their respective dealers to avoid inconveniences.
The new MyToyotaPH (mytoyota.ph) tool makes service appointments more convenient as the nationwide dealer network of TMP will enforce a 100% appointment system for the servicing of vehicles. Dealership will handle appointments to regulate the number of people within the premises of the dealerships anytime and effectively maintain social distancing.
In addition to appointment booking, the MyToyotaPH tool is fully armed with features that enable service estimates and job items to be readily accessible, allow more convenient and faster dealer inquiries, and set reminders regarding the confirmed appointments of customers.
TMP prioritizes the significance of mobility and recognizes the challenges that may happen in line with the general community quarantine (GCQ) and the “new normal.” Thus, the auto company commits to giving payment holiday terms, payment extensions, and flexible financing schemes to make vehicle purchases lighter for valued clients.
Free services such as BactaKlenz vehicle disinfection, insurance, and periodic maintenance will also be readily available to add more value to the vehicle purchases of customers.
