Kia Picanto is a five-door hatchback manufactured by the second-largest automobile company based in South Korea, Kia Motors Corporation. It was introduced in 2004 and has received a lot of glow ups ever since. It is known as the Kia New Morning in South Korea, Hong Kong, and Chile, while in Taiwan it is known as Kia EuroStar. As for Malaysia, they call it Naza Suria or Naza Picanto.

The 1.0 LX MT and 1.0 LX AT are both powered by a 1.0L 3 cylinder 12 valve gasoline engine that can fire up to 67 horsepower and 96 Nm torque. The LX MT shifts gears through a 4-speed manual transmission while the 1.0 LX AT is equipped with a 5-speed automatic transmission.
On the other hand, the top variants 1.2 EX MT and 1.2 EX AT are equipped with a 1.2L 4 cylinder 16 valve gasoline engine that can produce a maximum of 84 horsepower and 121 Nm torque. Both cars have the transmission set up from the lower trims.
The engines of the LX and ET trims are powered by Kappa Dual Continuous Variable Valve Timing (CVVT) technology. The piston-cooling jets and coated piston rings herein are feisty and capable but are quiet and very efficient.
All Kia Picanto trims that are available in the Philippines are employed with 15-inch alloy wheels.
