According to HCPI, the updated Honda City Hatchback will have updated aesthetics and enhanced technologies compared to the outgoing version.
Per HCPI, the car’s forthcoming version will offer customers a new body kit for its top-tier variant.
Inside, the car will feature an eight-inch touchscreen display audio with Wireless Apple Carplay and Android Auto. The company guaranteed that occupants will have ample space, thanks to the Utility, Long, Tall, and Refresh (ULTR) seating systems.
In terms of safety features, the new City Hatchback will arrive with the Honda Sensing system that will give the driver a myriad of driver assistive technology such as adaptive cruise control, collision mitigation braking system, lane keeping assist, road departure mitigation with lane departure warning, and lead car departure notification.
The soon-to-be-launched iteration will have five color options led by the new hue Sonic Gray Pearl (available in neighboring country Thailand), alongside Platinum White Pearl, Ignite Red Metallic, Meteoroid Gray Metallic, and Brilliant Sporty Blue Metallic.
More details about the refreshed model will be shared as soon as it becomes available.
However, since the offering would have updates in terms of looks, the new City Hatchback will likely be having the same powertrain set-up with the leaving version: a 1.5-liter, in-line four-cylinder, double overhead cam i-VTEC engine mated to a continuously variable transmission (CVT).
