Vigor Mendoza Appointed as New LTO Chief
MANILA: Malacañang announced on Wednesday that President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. has appointed 1-United Transport Koalisyon (1-UTAK) Chairperson Vigor Mendoza II as the new Land Transportation Office (LTO) chief.
