VWCV plans to produce up to 15,000 ID. Buzz and ID. Buzz Cargo units this year. Once production is fully operational, Hannover might produce up to 130,000 units per year.
Both variants of ID. Buzz are trailblazers in terms of sustainability; carbon emissions from production and shipping are offset. Volkswagen also used recycled synthetic materials, and there is no real leather in the interior.
