Volkswagen PH extends warranty for 90 days

MANILA: Since the enhanced community quarantine (ECQ) has limited the mobility of the public, Volkswagen Philippines has extended warranty for its valued customers.

The three-month extension coverage, which will be from June 1, 2020 to August 31, 2020, includes Volkswagen commercial and passenger vehicles purchased from authorized dealerships that will be expiring within the ECQ period, specifically between March 1, 2020 and May 31, 2020.

The warranty extension serves as an opportunity for vehicle owners  to have access to aftersales benefits included in the warranties of the vehicles. This will take into effect once Volkswagen dealerships are allowed to reopen and allow customers to visit under the general community quarantine (GCQ) health and safety measures for businesses.

The warranty extension is an add-on offer aside from the 24/7 Emergency Roadside Assistance (ERA), which offers drivers and car owners additional peace of mind, safety, and security during these challenging times.

The warranty extension from Volkswagen gives drivers and vehicle owners the assurance that they will be able to adapt to the “new normal” safely and conveniently.
