Volkswagen PH unboxes holiday promo with zero DP, cash discounts

MANILA: Volkswagen Philippines celebrates the holiday season with astounding cash discounts and zero-down-payment offers on best-selling models until December 31.

Customers who avail of financing through Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) or BPI Family Savings Bank can execute a hold-out agreement with the bank with a deposit amount equivalent to a certain percentage of the Volkswagen vehicle’s price. The same deposit account with BPI also benefits the customer’s return on investment as it earns continual interest up to 24 months after its hold-out period. The customer may withdraw the entire amount, including any earned interest, if the loan account is updated and not past due.

Meanwhile, customers who are planning to buy a vehicle outright with cash are offered discounts. The following are the pricing for Volkswagen models this month:

• The Santana starts at P550,000 from P686,000 SRP.
• The Santana GTS is offered at P995,000 from P1.029 million SRP.
• The Lavida is offered at P918,000 from P1.171 million SRP.
• The Lamando starts at P1.494 million from P1.569 million SRP.
• The T-Cross starts at P1.068 million from P1.098 million SRP.
• The Multivan Kombi starts at P3.595 million.

Every purchase of any participating model through financing also comes with free chattel mortgage and free comprehensive insurance for the first year.
