WATCH: Duke of Richmond drives Huracán EVO as Lamborghini heads to Goodwood

MANILA: To mark Lamborghini's appearance at the 2022 Goodwood Festival of Speed from June 23 to 26, The Duke of Richmond drives the Lamborghini Huracán EVO and gives his insight into the importance of the Italian super sports marque at the UK’s motoring event.

"The Duke describes the impact of seeing a Lamborghini, like a great piece of art," Lamborghini said in a release. "He remembers spotting his first green Miura as a teenager and talks about the emotion of a Lamborghini engine’s musical score playing out behind the driver’s head." 

The Duke of Richmond reminisces over his childhood memories of Goodwood motor circuit and how he started the infamous hill climb that is now a highlight of Festival of Speed. Lamborhini is "integral" to the Goodwood Festival, the Duke believes. 

Lamborghini, now on its 60th anniversary, along with other manufacturers, race teams, drivers, partners and visitors prepare for this year’s event, which is heading toward its 30th anniversary next year. 

Lamborghini celebrates its heritage of aspirated engines this year, with models including the video's yellow Huracán EVO driven by the Duke, the track-focused Huracán STO, and the last Aventador, the Ultimae that will run up the hill climb at Festival of Speed.

On Lamborghini’s stand next to Ristorante 1963, the new Huracán Tecnica takes pride of place: the latest ‘fun to drive’ aspirated V10 that made its dynamic launch and market introduction later this year.
