WATCH: Lexus highlights TX SUV in new ‘Wicked’ short video

MANILA: Lexus has teamed up with Universal Studios to promote the TX sport utility vehicle (SUV) and the Wicked film.

Per Toyota’s luxury division, the executive SUV shares the spotlight in a 30-second short film, which you can watch here.

Featured is the 2024 Lexus TX as well as an award-winning powerhouse cast including Cynthia Erivo as Elphaba and global superstar Ariana Grande as Glinda.

The spot closes with the Wicked-inspired Lexus tagline, “Experience OZmazing.”

As a proud partner of Universal’s Wicked, Lexus is helping drive audiences to experience the film’s powerful and transformative magic this holiday season,” Lexus Marketing Vice President Cynthia Tenhouse said.

“Offering three-row luxury, innovative technology, and plenty of cargo space for extra broomsticks, the Lexus TX is the perfect vehicle for travelers, wherever the road may take them,” she added.

Wicked is directed by Jon Chu and features Oscar winner Michelle Yeoh, Jonathan Bailey, Marissa Bode, Ethan Slater, and pop culture icon Jeff Goldblum. The movie arrives in theaters on November 22, 2024.

Lexus TX

The Lexus TX is currently available in major markets, like the United States. There, it is offered six variants including a plug-in hybrid vehicle model.

It is priced from $55,050 (approximately P3.207 million) to $78,550 (around P4.576 million).
