Harley-Davidson has seen a phenomenal response in the Philippines among riding enthusiasts for past open house launches and we are confident that the new models will bring about the same interest. The Milwaukee-Eight 117 V-Twin engine is the most powerful factory-installed Harley-Davidson powertrain in terms of displacement and torque. The Milwaukee-Eight 117 delivers up to 127lb-ft of torque at 3,750rpm. Power riders can feel on the street with every twist of the throttle, thanks to the engine's 117 cubic inches of displacement and precision oil/air cooling. A high-performance camshaft, high-flow intake, and high-performance exhaust have been specially designed to enhance engine performance while maintaining 50-state compliance and delivering a stimulating tone. Screamin' Eagle Performance Parts Stage Upgrades from Harley-Davidson Genuine Motor Parts & Accessories are available to further improve engine performance.
The Milwaukee-Eight 117 engine is combined with new dark-and-bronze finishes on the Street Glide ST model.
The Street Glide ST model is saturated in black — front end, controls, powertrain, and exhaust — to match the purposeful posture of the Screamin' Eagle Factory race bike. Pushrod tubes and tappet covers, as well as machined cylinder fins, are the only bright parts. Dark finishes on the Prodigy cast aluminum wheels, the color band on the lower rocker box, the timer cover medallion, the intake medallion, and the traditional script tank graphic give slight contrast. The two paint options are Vivid Black or Gunship Gray. Standard-length saddlebags replace the extended bags on the Street Glide Special model, and the front fender is reduced for a sportier profile and lighter look.
The Street Glide ST model is also equipped with a Boom! Box GTS infotainment system with color touch screen, Daymaker LED headlamp, and Smart Security System.
Meanwhile, the svelte Road Glide ST model takes the swagger of the Screamin' Eagle Factory championship-winning race bike and backs it up with the Milwaukee-Eight 117 powertrain's street-scorching power. The shark nose fixed fairing and uncompromised rider comfort are suited to a rider who wants to make swift work on the open road.
The shark nose Road Glide fairing is striking and aerodynamic, with triple splitstream venting to reduce head buffeting. The fairing is finished off with a low-profile dark windshield and dual Daymaker LED headlamps that deliver a powerful punch with a bright white beam that illuminates the road.
Buyers of the Street Glide ST and Road Glide ST models can also opt to include Cornering Rider Safety Enhancements by Harley-Davidson, which is a suite of technologies meant to aid the rider in keeping their intended path through a curve. This technology package includes Cornering Electronically Linked Brakes, Cornering-ABS, Cornering-Traction Control with modes, Drag Torque Slip Control, Vehicle Hold Control, and Tire Pressure Monitoring (TPMS).
