KTM nows allows online booking of test rides
MANILA: KTM Philippines recently launched its Test Ride Portal that allows customers to easily book a test ride of their preferred KTM motorcycles online.
To schedule a test ride, customers must log on to ktmphilippines.com and click “Test Ride Portal.” From there, the customer will be asked to select the preferred unit (790 Adventure, 790 Duke, 390 Adventure, 390 Duke, 200 Duke), fill out a form with their contact information details, and select the preferred KTM Authorized Dealer.
A “Thank You” page will appear afterwards to verify the successful submission of the booking request. The chosen KTM Dealer will immediately reach out to finalize the test ride schedule together with the completion of pre-ride requirements.
The online portal is one of KTM’s ways of reaching and engaging with its customers across the country. In 2017, the company launched the Thursday Bike Talk (TBT) show, wherein it released informational three-minute videos through Facebook Live. KTM is also the first premium motorcycle brand to be available in the e-commerce space as it opened its official store in Lazada in 2018. In 2020, TBT was reinvented to TBT Live!, allowing the company to maintain its engagement with its fans despite community quarantine restrictions.
KTM has also recently launched the KTM Chatbot on its official Facebook page. It provides real-time answers to customer’s inquiries regarding the pricelist and sample financing computation. It also comes with a Motorcycle Quiz feature that helps customers in determining the best KTM model for their riding style and personality.
