The mini MPV, Chevrolet Spin was introduced in automobile market in year 2012 by the giant Chevrolet under General Motors. The car is worldwide famous by the name of Shanghai GM Chevrolet Spin and its assembly took place in Bekasi, Indonesia. The exteriors of Spin were designed by Matt Noone and its interiors were designed by Dagaberto Tribia. The crossover with 5 doors relies on GM Gamma II Platform and is found very closely related to Chevrolet Agile, Chevrolet Montana and Chevrolet Onix. The mini MPV, Chevrolet Spin has successfully succeeded Chevrolet Zafira and Chevrolet Meriva and is powered by 2 engine variants, a diesel engine and a gas engine. The 1.3 litre diesel engine variant with Common rail direct injection turbo produces maximum power of 75 PS at 4000 rpm and maximum torque of 190 Nm at 1750-2500 rpm. The 1.5 litre gas engine variant with dual VVT-i produces maximum power of 109 PS at 6000 rpm and maximum torque of 141 Nm at 4000 rpm.
