Recent Updates of Fiesta Sedan (2010-2019)
Being the most affordable sedan with a Ford badge, the Fiesta Sedan comes with its own triumphs and defeats. The sedan looks absolutely great from the outside thanks to the likes of Aston Martin-inspired hexagonal grille, upswept headlamps, and some aggressive character lines. The multi-spoke alloy wheels further provide the Fiesta Sedan with the much-needed sportiness. However, as soon as you get inside of this Ford sedan, all the glory of the exterior kinda fades away. Culprits are the 2-DIN audio system with a small monotone MID screen, cramped legroom, and others.
Despite its flaws, the Fiesta Sedan does come with all the needed amenities like keyless entry, height adjustable driver’s seat, tilt adjustable steering, and more. The Ford Fiesta Sedan houses under its hood a 1.5-litre four-cylinder gasoline-fed motor that churns out 112 PS of maximum power and a peak torque of 140 Nm. Dual front airbags, ABS with EBD and Brake Assist, Electronic Stability Program and others make up the list of safety features. With three variants available to take home from Php 755,000 to Php 905,000, the Ford Fiesta Sedan is a tried and tested four-wheel companion that won’t fail your expectations.

Ford Fiesta Sedan (2010-2019) Review 2024
Highly revered as one of the highly revered entry-level sedans for its precise driving dynamics, the Fiesta is the most affordable sedan one can buy with the Blue Oval badge on it. Based on its hatchback version, the Fiesta sedan in the Philippines is being offered with a 1.5 petrol engine with both manual and automatic gearbox options.
Ford Fiesta Sedan (2010-2019) Interior & Features
There is a bit of contradiction in Fiesta sedan’s overall appeal – while it looks absolutely smashing on the outside, things are not as attractive and timeless on the inside. The dashboard looks a bit cluttered and dated in today’s day and age, which might be a turn off for many.
While the three-spoke steering wheel and pod-like instrument console do look sporty, the layout of the meters looks very simple. The center console looks cluttered and dated, with a slanting layout for the buttons of 2-DIN audio system and a small monotone MID screen positioned at the top center of the dashboard. However, the butterfly inspired layout for the center console with music system and AC vents with mixed silver and piano black finish looks distinctive.
Another issue with the Fiesta sedan is its space – while it looks quite big on the outside, the inside cabin isn’t too spacious to begin with. The legroom at the rear is cramped, and the high window-line makes the cabin feel a bit claustrophobic. Despite its age, the Fiesta sedan is well equipped with some basics like push-button start with keyless entry, height adjustable driver’s seat, tilt adjustable steering, automatic climate control, 6-speaker 2-DIN audio system with Bluetooth and Ford’s SYNC system, leather upholstery and automatic climate control.
Fiesta Sedan (2010-2019) Exterior
The Philippine-spec Fiesta sedan, to be honest, is in existence now for quite a long time, as the all-new generation model which has succeeded it is already available in some of the global markets. However, one can’t deny the fact that it still remains one of the sportiest cars to look at.
At the front, the Fiesta sedan sports an Aston Martin-inspired hexagonal grille with chrome slats in the middle. Lifted off from its hatchback version, the headlamps are curvy and are slightly sweptback, which add some aggressiveness to the frontal view of the car.
Ford has stretched the wheelbase and stance of the Fiesta platform for the sedan version, due to which the Fiesta sedan gets a very aerodynamic and forward pouncing stance. The side profile gets a very prominent character line, in an upswept form from the front fender to the rear tail lamp. The only grouse here happens to be the boring design for the multi-spoke alloy wheels.
At the rear, the Fiesta sedan comes with a stubby boot with large curvy tail lamps and a nice thin chrome garnish between them. The high mounting bay for the boot makes the car look sporty and chubby at the rear.

Fiesta Sedan (2010-2019) Engine & Fuel Consumption
Unlike the hatchback version which gets two engine options, the Fiesta sedan does with only the 1.5-litre four-cylinder petrol engine, and misses out on the fantastic Ecoboost engine. Available with both 5-speed manual and 6-speed automatic gearbox options, the 1.5- litre petrol motor belts out a maximum power output of 112 PS and a peak torque of 140 Nm.

Fiesta Sedan (2010-2019) Verdict
When it comes to modernity and novelty factor, the Fiesta sedan loses out a number of brownie points, for the fact that it lacks the freshness in its cabin and a number of contemporary features like a touchscreen infotainment system. However, the car is an absolute delight to look at and is an even bigger delight to drive in any kind of condition.
