Don't buy any Maxus unit. POOR spare parts replacement CAPABILITES.
Maintenance of this G10 can be a major challenge. Their maintenance crew has problems replying to your concerns. In fact they won't reply to your urgent messages . Specifically this maintenance guy of Maxus named Jake Ruizo who is very unprofessional because he can't even reply to a simple message. I had an issue with my valve cover gasket and timing tensioner. I brought my G10 to the Maxus Mandaluyong shop last Dec 10, 2024 and it's now January 01, 2025 and the parts still haven't arrived. Plus no update from their maintenance crew since Dec 16, 2024. Don't buy any Maxus unit. You'll be very disappointed with the availability of their parts . And of course the extremely lousy service.
DesignGood enough as long as the parts don't need replacement.
ComfortSeats in front are comfortable enough for long rides. Seats at the back are not spacious enough.
PerformanceOkay as long as you don't need to replace parts.
Service CenterExtremely disappointing. Lousy communication skills. Need training on customer service.
