Persistent wiper problems

I purchased the Mercedes-Benz GLE-Class recently and while the SUV was very comfortable, luxurious, and beautiful, the experience was marred by the consistent issue with the windshield wipers. The wipers exhibited loud chatter, severe skipping, and juddering which became an embarrassment. Despite taking it to the dealership twice, the problem remained unresolved. The frustration with the persistent wiper problems and Mercedes service led me to sell the SUV over two months of ownership back to the dealer. Because of this negative experience, I have decided to avoid Mercedes.
