The F 800 is one of the best adventure touring bikes in the market currently. The biggest downside is the 890mm seat height which is difficult to mount, I can't keep my feet flat on the ground. The electronics package on this BMW really helps it shine on rough roads and inspires great confidence. My other gripe is the amount of heat generated by the engine, it can burn your legs when riding slowly and can get really uncomfortable. Looks are subjective but the BMW F 800 looks good for an adventure bike. Reliability has been good so far and my bike has not had major issues.
