A good old fashioned performance focused motorcycle

I have always liked Suzuki motorcycles, I remember one of my first two-wheelers was from them. I wanted a nice motorcycle now that I have some time and money in my hands and I went with this model. There were a few reasons. First, I know Suzuki has good quality standards and build quality. I was sure that this motorcycle would last if I cared for it. Second, it was focused on performance and that is something I care about and like. The lack of new features was a nice touch for me, because I like old school things.
