TVS is known for affordable two-wheelers, be it bikes or scooters. The Neo XR is another extremely affordable scooter from TV with all the benefits you want from a vehicle like this. The Neo XR is lightweight, uncomplicated to use and comes with exciting body graphics. In fact, the Neo XR does look sporty. The scooter rides smoothly. The suspension isn’t great and that’s expected since the aim is to provide an economical commuter. The mileage is great too. Don’t try the bike for any adventurous stuff. Take it to your office or the market, but not beyond.
