Compact scooters and bikes are the best options to tackle city roads. Most of our roads are congested and affordable daily commuting bikes are the best in this regard. The UM Flash is actually a moped that blends the usability of a scooter and the style of a motorcycle. It has a small 110cc engine which is perfect for city riding. The UM Flash is extremely frugal and offers great mileage. The seat is comfortable though a pillion rider may have to squeeze himself in. The bike is easy to operate.
