The FY2P is a 12-wheeler (8x4) variant belonging to the 700 Series of heavy-duty trucks from Hino and it is powered by a Euro-4 compliant 10.5-litre turbo diesel engine that makes 404 hp of power at 2400 rpm and 1863 Nm of torque. The engine is paired to a 12-speed manual transmission. The FY2P has a gross vehicle weight of 39400 kg and it comes equipped with semi-elliptic leaf springs with shock absorbers and stabilizers at the front and semi-elliptic leaf springs with torque rods on the rear. The FY2P is made available in three different body styles in the Philippines market – 7110/Tipper, 6660/Mixer and 7560/CAB.
