Bajaj has sold a total of 1,102,056 vehicles in the first six months of 2024.Per the Indian mobility brand, the said numbers reflected a seven percent increase compared to its sales in the same time period in 2023.
For June alone, Bajaj sold 358,477, which translated to a five percent increase versus the same month last year. Of the said figure, 216,451 units were sold domestically (up by eight percent year-on-year) and 142,026 units were sold outside of India (up by one percent year-on-year).
Following Bajaj’s good first six months, the Pune-headquartered brand’s share price rose by over two percent in early trading to ₹9,696.55 (approximately P6,807.20) per share on the Bombay Stock Exchange.
