5 Fuso modern PUVs pulled into duty in Dagupan City
MANILA: Motorplaza, Inc. has turned over five Fuso Canter Commute Class II Modern PUVs to Bonuan Transport Services, Inc. (BTSI). The units will be used as modern public utility vehicles in Dagupan City, Pangasinan.
The turnover ceremony was graced by Department of Transportation (DOTr) Secretary Arthur Tugade, Dagupan City Mayor Brian Lim, and officials from Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB).
BTSI acquired the Fuso Canter Commute Modern PUV units in compliance with DOTr’s PUV Modernization Program. The PUVs are equipped with an air-conditioning system, television, and WiFi to ensure a comfortable ride around the city.
Now that the country is challenged economically and health-wise, Sojitz Fuso Philippines Corporation (SFP) continues to value the concept of “bayanihan” through Fuso Trucks and Buses, which are made to transport people and services across the Philippines.
