Fuso PH turns over Canter trucks to Ilocos Sur LGU

MANILA: Sojitz Fuso Philippines Corporation (SFP) has handed over 27 Canter FE73 drop-side trucks to the local government unit of Burgos, Ilocos Sur. 

Per the local wing of the Japanese truck brand, the turnover was facilitated by its dealer partner HMEN Motors Fuso Pangasinan.

The handover was part of the Farmer’s Day celebration, which is an annual festival dedicated to honoring the farmers of Burgos for their invaluable contributions to the agriculture and economy of Ilocos Sur and the Philippines.

According to SFP, the trucks will be distributed to each of Burgos’ 26 barangays while the 27th truck will be allocated for municipal use.  

The company noted that the Fuso Canter FE73 trucks will help support Ilocos Sur’s agricultural activities.
