Fuso PH Turns Over Modern PUV Units to Common Transport Service Cooperative
MANILA: Sojitz Fuso Philippines Corporation (SFP) turned over five Fuso Canter Commute Class 2 units to Common Transport Service Cooperative (CTSC) in Carmona, Cavite on August 30.

The Fuso Canter Commute is powered by a Euro V-compliant 3.0-liter diesel engine, delivering better fuel efficiency and cleaner emissions compared to traditional PUVs. These modern PUVs were jointly developed by SFP and Almazora Motors Corporation and built on the Canter platform.
The Class 2 public utility vehicles can accommodate 20 passengers in side-facing seats plus 10 standing passengers. The air-conditioning system is patterned with Fuso's light bus model, Rosa. To ensure an even dispersion of airflow, air-conditioning vents are installed overhead.
The Fuso Canter Commute Class 2 complies with the requirements set by the Philippine National Standard, not only ensuring the safety of passengers but also streamlines their travel experience by making fare collection more convenient.
The Fuso Canter Commute Class 2 comes with a three-year or 100,000-kilometer cab and chassis warranty, and a separate warranty for body and accessories.

Furthermore, SFP provided pre-delivery orientation and training to the CTSC operator and drivers in order to ensure proper vehicle operation, share driving tips, and give basic maintenance lecture. This shows SFP's commitment to support the operations of its valued customers.
