Hyundai BiyaHenyo Caravan features HD48 GT Modern PUV

MANILA: Hyundai Asia Resources, Inc. (HARI) has launched its nationwide "BiyaHenyo Caravan" in key areas of Luzon and Metro Manila, presenting the Hyundai HD48 GT Modern PUV.

The dealership-based roadshow kicked off at Hyundai Trucks and Buses-Batangas City, followed by Hyundai Trucks and Buses-Cabanatuan City, Hyundai Trucks and Buses-Commonwealth, and Hyundai Trucks-Buses-Baguio. About 40 transport groups attended the roadshows, and HARI expects even more to join the next BiyaHenyo activities in other parts of the country.

The BiyaHenyo Caravan aims to give to transport "smartrepreneurs" around the country updates and insights on how to discover possibilities, increase productivity, and, eventually, be successful industry players.

Attendees were also provided a first-hand experience of the HD48 GT Modern PUV's key features while still adhering to health and safety protocols in the participating dealerships.

Fe Perez-Agudo stated.

The HD48 GT Modern PUV, which debuted last October, builds on the success of the HD50S as a comfortable, high-performing, and safe shuttle that is suitable for public transport use. It is based on Hyundai's top-of-the-line chassis system and features a strong PUV design to improve public transportation in the Philippines.

HARI has been one of the major drivers behind the national agenda on PUV Modernization, having launched a comprehensive line of modern PUVs that meet the Philippine National Standards (PNS) of the Department of Transportation (DOTr).

HARI has delivered over 200 units of its modern PUVs to different local transport cooperatives across the country since 2020, demonstrating the public's strong preference for the brand as well as the country's continued progress toward advancing mass mobility.
