Isuzu dealer group marks 7th year with truck expo, CSR project

MANILA: In honor of their seventh anniversary, North-Min Auto Dealership, Inc. (NMADI) — an Isuzu Philippines Corporation (IPC) dealership in Northern Mindanao — hosted a three-day truck expo from September 22 to 24 at the Isuzu Cagayan De Oro showroom.

The NMADI branches in Butuan, Dipolog, and Pagadian all held small expos in conjunction with one another in their various showrooms.

The main goal of the NMADI Truck Expo, which had the theme "Driving the Aspirations of the Local SMEs," was to highlight the extensive Isuzu truck lineup and to further emphasize to local micro, small, and mid-size enterprises (MSMEs) the many advantages of selecting Isuzu trucks as a trustworthy partner in their businesses.

The Isuzu Traviz and Isuzu trucks from Light-Duty to Heavy-Duty with a variety of custom body applications were displayed side by side with the contemporary PUV, as well as the Isuzu Powertrain Marine Engine, during the three-day truck expo.

Additionally, there were representatives from reputed custom body builders, approved financing partners, and insurance organizations in the Isuzu Cagayan De Oro showroom, serving as a one-stop shop for those MSMEs looking for the ideal vehicle for their needs.

To complete the package, NMADI introduced Isuzu Vehicle Health Report and Fleet Plus Program, an exclusive after sales support system created for businesses that heavily depends on their truck’s availability and roadworthiness. The program intends to help businesses reduce vehicle maintenance costs to gain more profit. Customers who reserved during the expo received exciting merchandise.

Aside from attracting local MSMEs to acquire brand new Isuzu trucks, the NMADI Truck Expo also aimed to reinforce Isuzu Philippines’ commitment to continuously provide excellent business and transport solutions to the society. This has been IPC’s key reason in maintaining the number one truck brand in the Philippines for 22 consecutive years.

Supporting businesses with a full package of durable products and comprehensive after sales service support contributes to the development and advancement of logistics in the country, thus helping the Philippine economy.

The NMADI dealer group is not new in the automotive business; their business operations started under the flagship company, Cebu Southern Motors Inc. with over 40 years of serving Northern Mindanao. Celebrating their seven years of being NMADI, apart from the truck expo, they also conducted a CSR activity to help the local community in Barangay Dahilayan in Bukidnon.

As a responsible partner to Filipinos, members of NMADI board of directors and officers and IPC visited Brgy. Dahilayan Day Care Center to feed the students and to donate supplies such as chairs and tables.

Cultivating the Isuzu DNA of volunteerism is one of the main objectives of IPC’s Road To Progress vision that Isuzu dealerships are willing to put forth.
