Isuzu PH continues to assert dominance in logistics
MANILA: Isuzu Philippines Corporation (IPC), the country distributor and manufacturer of the Japanese truck maker, maintained its dominance early this year, as more businesses continued to trust in the reputation of the brand in terms of overall dependability and durability.
The delivery of Isuzu trucks to JRS Business Corporation was deemed as the first on the list. Isuzu was able to deliver 100 light-duty trucks that became part of the logistic company's current fleet.
JRS President Antonio Claparols expressed, “We’ve always had Isuzu trucks in our fleet, due to their durability. We are able to use these trucks for a very long time. It’s like a long-time business partner, and with the addition of these brand-new trucks, we will be able to cater to more areas nationwide.”
Speedexpress Logistics Inc., another logistics firm, bought 12 units of the heavy-duty Isuzu CYH52W truck with drop side body to help in their long-haul and large deliveries nationwide.
Being a client of Isuzu since 2016, Speedexpress is responsible for cargo delivery across the country to various warehouses. It extensively depends on the massive dealership network of Isuzu for its after-sales assistance anywhere in the Philippines.
Recently, Isuzu also handed over 13 units to Force Central Field Distributor, one of the affiliates of JE Distributors. This formally completed the fleet of 58 trucks that have an aluminum van body.
JE Distributors, a well-recognized exclusive distributor of Unilever products, manages the growing demand for consumer product delivery online and in retail stores through the addition of more trucks to their fleet.
JE Distributors President Nelson Ryan Jeturian said, “We have different trucking affiliates nationwide, and we really recommend Isuzu trucks to them because of its tried and tested durability and reliability on the road. With these brand-new Isuzu trucks, we can manage to have less downtime in our operations.”
As it currently leads the truck industry for 21 consecutive years, Isuzu continuously supports its dealership network across the country through the inclusion of more truck servicing facilities as well as mobile medic services, specifically in hard-to-reach locations.
