Concept truck designed to give business a green mobility option
MANILA: In its bid to showcase “green mobility solutions”, Isuzu Philippines Corporation (IPC) previewed the electrified concept version of the N-Series light-duty truck.

Powering the Isuzu N-Series EV Concept Truck is an HP11 electric motor that has a peak churn 121 horses (hp) and 370 Newton-meters (Nm).
Its 40-kilowatt-hour battery (equipped with Type 1 and CHAdeMO charging options) allows the vehicle to cover 115 kilometers.
“What sets the N-Series EV apart is our holistic approach to supporting our customers' carbon-neutral goals. Through our EVISION Plan, we offer a Total Solution Program—assessing customer operational needs, providing optimal charging schedules, recommending the best chargers, and offering fleet management support,” Fujita said.
“Our goal is to ensure a seamless transition to electric vehicles without sacrificing performance or efficiency,” the official added.
Other logistic solutions
Meanwhile, IPC also revealed other commercial vehicle offerings namely the Isuzu Traviz Concept Cargo Van and the new Isuzu EW5 Tractor Head.
An ideal solution for logistics and last-mile delivery businesses, the Isuzu Traviz Concept Cargo Van has the capacity to haul as much as 1,660 kilograms of gross payload.
Meanwhile, the heavy-duty truck features the GH11E EURO V mill that delivers 409 hp and 1,990 Nm. Paired with a 12-speed Automated Manual Transmission (AMT), the tractor head is expected to be a dominant force in the segment.
D-Max 4x4 LS-E additional features, mu-X Executive Edition
Further, the Japanese marque’s local distributor announced that the Philippine-spec Isuzu D-Max 4x4 LS-E now comes with a new differential lock system and Rough Terrain mode.
In addition, the aforementioned trim has been slapped with advanced safety features such as the around view monitor, a digital video recorder, as well as wireless charging and connectivity functions.
Moreover, the IPC also brought out the Isuzu mu-X Executive Edition.
Among its notable amenities are the Red and Black leather interior with red stitching, custom VIP seats for the second row (with power recline, leg rests, massage functions), USB/Type-C charging ports, and ambient lighting.
The displayed model is outfitted with 20-inch Black Rhino wheels with Nitto S city tires.
