Sojitz Fuso PH gets 3 awards from Daimler Truck RC SEA

MANILA: Sojitz Fuso Philippines (SFP) has been recognized by Daimler Truck Regional Center Southeast Asia (RC SEA) for its performance.

During the Daimler Truck RC SEA Awards 2024 held last June 12 in Malaysia, the local commercial vehicle distributor shared that it received three accolades namely the Elite Class Southeast Asia (Silver Winner), Best Customer Service Program (CSP) Product Innovation Award, and Retail Sales Excellence Award.

According to SFP, the Elite Class Southeast Asia (Silver Winner) was designed to recognize and reward outstanding performance across multiple dimensions of business operations — from sales, marketing, dealer network, customer service, and after-sales support.

Meanwhile, the company received the Best CSP Product Innovation Award for its dedication to high-quality products and services and customer-centric strategies to enhance the overall customer satisfaction experience.

Lastly, the Retail Sales Excellence Award recognizes SFP’s performance in retail sales. Per SFP, the significant sales figures “reflect the trust and satisfaction of the growing customers and dealer network of Fuso in the Philippines.”

“We are very honored and grateful for these distinguished awards from Daimler Truck RC SEA. This recognition is a testament to the dedication, hard work, and commitment of every individual in our organization. This is a collective achievement for all of us,” said SFP President and Chief Executive Officer Yosuke Nishi.
