180 Suzuki Jimnys gather for 'Jimnyfest 2025'

MANILA: A total of 180 Suzuki Jimny units (in Three- and Five-Door options) took part in the recently-concluded Jimnyfest 2025.

The Jimny Hub-organized event — conducted last February 27-March 1 — saw nearly 500 attendees — including participants from the United States, Japan, and Thailand.

Per Suzuki Philippines Incorporated (SPH), the three-day program “brought together a passionate community of adventurers, united by their love for the iconic Suzuki Jimny.”

“More than just a festival, the event was a testament to the brand’s dedication to fostering camaraderie, adventure, and off-road excellence among Jimny owners and enthusiasts,” the company noted.

Event receives SPH support

Reaffirming its commitment to the community, SPH showed its support to the event.

“Suzuki is honored to be part of this amazing event, celebrating the spirit of adventure and the unstoppable Jimny,” SPH Assistant to the General Manager and Sales Department Head Yasuki Nakagawa.

“This year is particularly special as Suzuki Philippines celebrates its 50th anniversary, marking five decades of bringing quality mobility, innovation, and adventure to Filipinos,” he added.

To further excite the community, Suzuki proudly showcased the Jimny Rhino Edition — which was first seen at the 9th Philippine International Motor Show last year.

As a special treat for attendees, Suzuki also offered an exclusive promo for the Jimny Five-Door — further reinforcing its commitment to making Jimny ownership an accessible and rewarding experience.

Organizers also honored the best Jimny builds in the event such as:

• First-ever Next Gen Award (Best Jimny 5-Door build)

The three-day event also featured curated activities for the whole family, including test drives by Wheeltek, a DIY pizza-making demo by Oven Depot, and fun games and treats for the young Suzuki Safety Scouts.
