2016 Mercedes Benz GLS spied with least Camouflage
MANILA: The new Mercedes Benz GLS has been spotted recently near the company's headquarter in Stuttgart, Germany. It is undoubtedly an under-production model of the successor to Mercedes Benz GL. Since the GLS was covered with minimum camouflage, it becomes easy to understand the design and build architecture.
The front fascia of the car has been re-profiled with new dynamic front grille and stunning headlamps. At the rear side, the GLS features a new bumper and taillights equipped with twin exhaust pipes.
Inside, the cabin seems to be spacious and is likely to offer updated features with new upholstery on dashboard. It is expected that the model shall be available in following variants, namely, the GLS350, GLS450, GLS550 and GLS63 AMG models which will be carried over to this facelifted model. A new model has been incorporated in order to keep GLS400 and it will be powered by a twin-turbocharged 3.0-litre six-cylinder engine capable of delivering 333 hp of peak power. The car can go 0-100 km/h in 6.7 seconds.
The company claims that the model is capable of achieving a top speed of 240 kmph.
