2021 season of Toyota Gazoo Racing Vios Cup concludes in high gear

The third and final leg of TMP’s premier motorsports program saw "thrilling developments and some new names entering the top spots."
As before, the 2021 TGR Vios Cup comprised of three circuit races and three classes: Super Sporting, Sporting, and Promotional. The Autocross Challenge was divided into two classes: Media, and Celebrities and Influencers.
The double points ruling for the last two races of the circuit races gave competitors the chance to challenge the previous leg’s winners, who then put more effort into securing the championship title.
In the first race, Jiro Garbes (JBT Racing), Jacob Ang (Eagle Cement Racing Team), and Pauland Dumlao (JBT Racing) took the top step on the podium in the their classes.
In the second race, Jason Lao (OTR Racing) bagged the win for the Promotional Class. Meanwhile, Jacob Ang dominated the Sporting Class, while Pauland Dumlao took pole once again for the Super Sporting Class.
Racers Troy Montero (TGR Racing Team PH), and Joaquin Garrido and Estefano Rivera of Obengers Racing Team won in their respective classes for the final race. These racers were part of the Promotional, Sporting, and Super Sporting classes, respectively.
In the 2021 TGR Vios Cup Autocross, Jules Aquino claimed the championship title in the Celebrities and Influencers class, with Arron Villaflor and Lexi Mendiola following as second and third placers, respectively.
In the Media class, Jose Altoveros (Autoindustriya) clinched the championship, followed by Enzo Delos Reyes (The Philippine Star/2.0 Magazine) and Paolo De Borja (C! Magazine) as the second and third placers.
