2023 Lexus LS offers intuitive technology with Lexus Interface integration

MANILA: Lexus LS continues to set the bar for luxury carmakers with the inclusion of Lexus Interface with standard 12.3-inch touchscreen display with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto capability. In 2023, drivers of the flagship Lexus LS 500 will have access to an intuitive multimedia system with a Voice Assistant, Wi-Fi Connect, Service Connect, and Safety Connect trials.

The 2023 Lexus LS is the brand's most capable sedan flagship to date, thanks to its fundamentally dynamic character, as defined by the Lexus GA-L platform. It can be given more control, poise, and driver confidence with subtle adjustments to its control surfaces, steering, and brake controls.

The 2023 Lexus LS's suspension has balanced spring and damper rates for excellent damping performance. The front and rear anti-roll bars' diameters have been tuned to reduce body roll during turns.

The Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS) uses updated linear solenoids and control valves with an expanded internal flow path to deliver low damping force for increased flexibility and improved handling stability. Drivers and passengers can also use the Cloud Navigation, Destination Assist, and Intelligent Assistant features with a Drive Connect trial or subscription. Drive Connect's cloud navigation feature offers real-time traffic, routing, and Points of Interest (POI) information. Google POI data is integrated to guarantee updated search capability. Meanwhile, Destination Assist provides 24/7 live agent support to help find the next destination. Intelligent Assistant, on the other hand, expands upon the standard Voice Assistant capabilities. It includes weather and location-based notifications, as well as address and POI search with navigation. Integrated Streaming provides integrated audio streaming functionality with a Wi-Fi Connect trial or subscription.

It also enables the effortless overtaking of slower moving cars. Once the driver activates the turn signal while following a vehicle moving slower than the preset speed, the system will provide an initial boost in acceleration to prepare for lane changes, and once the driver has changed lanes, the vehicle will continue to accelerate until it reaches the original preset driving speed.

Other Lexus Safety System+ features include Lane Departure Alert (LDA) with Steering Assist (SA), Intelligent High Beams, and Road Sign Assist (RSA).

Pricing for the 2023 Lexus LS ranges from $77,535 to $113,435 (approximately P4.4 million to P6.5 million).
