Araneta City extends free RFID installation until March 15

MANILA: Araneta City announced the extension of its free AutoSweep RFID sticker installation at the Gateway Mall to March 15.

To avail of the free installation, car owners must bring the vehicle to any level of the Gateway Mall parking. The owner must register the vehicle at the AutoSweep booth from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., or until sticker stocks last. A form will be filled out to complete the registration and, once done, an AutoSweep representative will conduct a short interview and assessment of the vehicle. A P200 payment for the initial load (strictly cash only) will be collected. The representative will then proceed to the installation and testing on the RFID sticker on the vehicle.

The AutoSweep registration booth is located at the ground floor, in front of Rustan’s, from March 1 to 11, and at level 3, in front of Picture City and People are People, from March 12 to 15.

The RFID stickers will only be issued to the first 250 registrants, so car owners are encouraged to come early to avoid the cut-off. The “no vehicle, no installation” policy is strictly observed. Araneta City does not entertain online and phone-in reservations.

AutoSweep RFID is used at Skyway, South Luzon Expressway (SLEX), Ninoy Aquino International Airport Expressway (NAIAX), Southern Tagalog Arterial Road (STAR) Tollway, Muntinlupa-Cavite Expressway (MCX), and Tarlac-Pangasinan-La Union Expressway (TPLEX).
