Araneta City launches ‘Drive & Go’ curbside pickup service

MANILA: Araneta City has launched its "Drive & Go" curbside pickup service that allows customers to pick up their orders in curbside locations without having to leave their vehicles.

The Drive & Go curbside pickup service was introduced by Araneta City to minimize physical contact and ensure the safety of the shoppers when buying essentials.

To place an order, customers will need to contact the store, which must be located within Araneta City. Once the order is confirmed, the customer must select their preferred mode of payment and set the pick-up schedule for the ordered items.

The designated curbside pickup spots are located at Gateway Mall (fronting Boulangerie 22 at Gen. Roxas Avenue), Ali Mall (fronting Starbucks at Times Square Entrance), Shopwise Arcade (fronting Tous Les Jours at Gen. Aguinaldo Avenue), Farmers Plaza (fronting BDO at Gen. Roxas Avenue), and Farmers Market (fronting JAM at Session Road). Signs are posted in each pickup location.

Each customer will be given  a maximum waiting time of 10 minutes for store attendees to bring their orders. The use of the curbside pickup service is free of charge; customers have to pay for the purchased items only.
