Bugatti Chiron, Bugatti's next hyper car set to debut in early March'16
MANILA: Germany is preparing to release its one of the fastest super sports hypercar, Bugatti Chiron in the upcoming 2016 Geneva Motor Show in early March. Bugatti Chiron is named after the legendary racer Louis Chiron. Bugatti claims that Chiron will be fastest, luxurious and high-performing super car ever.
The trend of manufacturing high-performance super sports car is not new in the Industry. The performance car manufacturing is going through amazing innovations offering amazing top speed and handling features. Bugatti is trying to confront the Henessey Venom GT, which achieved the top speed 270.4 mph making it to the fastest car in the world in February 2014.

At times, Bugatti Veyron was known as the fastest car in the world, powered by an 8.0-litre, 16- cylinder, quad-turbo engine capable to churn 1,200 horsepower and a top speed of 267.7 mph. However, the new Chiron is likely to come with 8.0-litre, W16, quad-turbo engine along with electric motors churning out hybrid power output of 1,579 hp and a peak torque of 1,107 pound-feet. The engine comes paired to a seven-speed DSG transmission, taking just 2.3 seconds to cover 60 mph from zero.
The exterior design lines of Bugatti Chiron is inspired from the Bugatti Vision Gran Turismo concept car. By looking into the tech specs, it is clear that the super sports car will be expensive to buy. It is expected that it will cost $2.5 million and the final testing is being carried out. Bugatti revealed that it has received more than 100 orders till now.
