BYD Cars PH breaks ground for soon-to-rise Bacoor dealership

MANILA: BYD Cars Philippines, through Iconic Dealership Incorporated - ACMobility’s retail arm, is set to expand its reach with an upcoming outlet in Bacoor, Cavite. 

Dubbed BYD Bacoor, the new facility recently had its groundbreaking ceremony. It is located along Bacoor Avenue, and it is scheduled to be completed by the end of December 2024.

In total, the new dealership features a 1,900-square-meter floor space. Once finished, its showroom can display up to seven vehicles simultaneously.

Additionally, the upcoming BYD outlet is integrated into the ACMobility complex, which also houses Kia, Isuzu, and Honda dealerships. 

Currently, BYD is on the path to broadening its dealership network nationwide. Just a few months ago, the marque opened BYD Davao, its first-ever retail outlet in Mindanao. In September 2023, the electric vehicle (EV) brand’s local arm likewise established its first-ever Experience Hub at Glorietta 1, Ayala Center, Makati City. 

BYD Cars PH is also poised to reinforce its lineup of cars with the impending launch of the all-new Seal high-performance electric-powered sedan at the upcoming 2024 Philippine Electric Vehicle Summit. The aforementioned follows the local introduction of the youthful-looking Seagull subcompact EV hatchback and the fuel-sipping Sealion 6 DM-i plug-in hybrid. 

Other models in BYD’s local portfolio include the Dolphin, Han, Tang, and Atto 3.
